May 14, 2026. The Director of the GC RAS, Corresponding Member of RAS Anatoly Soloviev has been appointed to the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

This decision is confirmed by Decree No. 1104‑r of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 12, 2026.

Another important personnel appointment was the election of the Principal Research Scientist at the GC RAS, Academician of RAS, D.Sc. Igor Sheremet as Deputy Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission.

Additionally, D.Sc. Boris Dzeboev, Deputy Director for Science of the GC RAS, has been appointed to the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission on Management, Computer, and Information Sciences.

Being appointed to the Higher Attestation Commission is a significant recognition of professional merits and contributions to the development of Russian science. Participation in the work of the commission will allow Anatoly Soloviev, Igor Sheremet, and Boris Dzeboev to influence the formation of policy in the field of scientific personnel certification and improving the system of scientific expertise.
